Terms of Service

NomadikLife is an online platform designed for digital nomads and remote workers. The Platform provides information, community features, educational resources, destination guides, events, jobs boards, volunteering opportunities, travel resources, visa information, premium tools and other related services. NomadikLife is owned and operated by Elsa Patricia Pasquini.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, all activity under your account, and keeping your information up to date. NomadikLife may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Platform offers a Free account and a paid Premium membership. Premium is a digital subscription billed at $5 per month or $50 per year, giving instant online access to software features and digital content: Schengen Tracker, visa tools, premium educational content, premium listings, full job and company details and premium networking features. Premium is delivered automatically through the Platform. It does not include any human-delivered service, consulting, coaching or mentoring, and no donations or tips are processed through checkout. Premium features may change over time.

Premium subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Creem, acting as merchant of record. NomadikLife does not store your payment information. The payment provider is responsible for processing transactions securely.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Premium features have not been substantially used. After that period: membership fees are non-refundable; partial refunds are not provided; canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period. Payments are securely processed by Creem, and disputes or chargebacks are handled according to Creem's policies. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or from the billing portal link in your purchase receipt. Refund requests and billing questions: support@nomadiklife.com.

Users may submit events, jobs, volunteer opportunities, courses, community profiles, marketplace listings, destination suggestions, adventure activities and other community content. Submitting content does not guarantee publication. NomadikLife reserves the right to approve, edit, reject or remove any submission.

Commercial or promotional listings may require an active Premium Membership. These include, but are not limited to, paid courses, paid workshops, paid events, paid experiences, guided tours, businesses, agencies and promotional listings. NomadikLife reserves the right to determine whether content is considered promotional.

Users agree not to publish illegal content, harass other users, upload malicious software, impersonate another person, publish misleading information, spam the community, promote scams or fraudulent activities, or violate intellectual property rights.

NomadikLife may edit submissions, reject submissions, remove published content, suspend accounts or permanently ban users. These decisions may be made without prior notice when necessary to protect the community.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By publishing content on NomadikLife, you grant NomadikLife a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote that content within the Platform for operational and promotional purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, all Platform content including logo, design, graphics, interface, databases, source content, text, destination guides, visa content, educational materials, software customizations and branding is the exclusive intellectual property of Elsa Patricia Pasquini. No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

The Platform may integrate third-party services including but not limited to Creem, Supabase, Resend, Weather APIs, Google Maps and Affiliate Partners. NomadikLife is not responsible for third-party services, websites or products.

Some links on the Platform may be affiliate links. NomadikLife may receive a commission when users purchase products or services through these links. This does not increase the price paid by users.

The information provided on NomadikLife is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Visa regulations, immigration rules, tax obligations and legal requirements frequently change. Users are responsible for verifying all information with the appropriate government authorities before making decisions. NomadikLife does not provide legal, immigration or tax advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NomadikLife and Elsa Patricia Pasquini shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, travel disruptions, visa denials, immigration decisions, business losses, user-generated content or third-party services. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

NomadikLife may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if these Terms are violated. Users may also close their accounts at any time.

NomadikLife may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NomadikLife is legally established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
